The UK’s largest Home Improvement retailer B&Q and leading UK Interior Designer Kelly Hoppen MBE today joined forces to launch Kelly Hoppen’s new range of interior plantation shutters.
Designed by Kelly Hoppen, the range of wood plantation shutters is made using FSC certified hardwoods, Poplar and Elm. The range was created by Kelly who felt that the shutter market lacked certain colours, finishes and design options that she wanted to see in her designs.
“I’ve used plantation shutters in a large number of my interior design project for several years. I’ve worked closely with Shutterly Fabulous on a number of these projects, who, thanks to their ability to make bespoke, one off designs to my specification, have become my shutter partner of choice.
We decided to extend our co-operation to create a specific Kelly Hoppen brand which embodied all the colours, finishes and options that I want to see in a plantation shutter. I have to say I am delighted with the end result”.
The range had a preview launch with B&Q which gave the press the perfect opportunity to see the range first hand.
