These shutters installed on this bathroom window are made from poplar hard wood and painted in a Linen high gloss lacquer paint. The paint is coated in a protective layer which will stop any fading due to the sun.
The height is the window here is 2100mm and the width is 1000mm. This is a large shutter panel which may be problematic if you are looking to open the shutters back. This design works well when simply tilting and adjusting the slats. You can see this panel has a mid rail allowing tilting of the slats at different angles on the bottom and top.
