As soon as you have accepted delivery of any Goods, you will be responsible for their safekeeping and we will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage.

Shutter Delivery Timelines
Delivery is, on average, 8 weeks after order placement.
By ‘average’ we do not mean that some orders take one week whilst others take 12 weeks. Rather, that deliveries will take around 8 weeks, however we cannot give an exact date at the time you place an order. Many orders are sent 6 weeks from order placement, while some others can fall over into 8 weeks.
This is because we have our own sealed shipping containers coming direct from our factory to our UK distribution centre. While our containers leave the factory on a weekly basis the exact date of delivery of your shutters is reliant upon shipping transit times.
Our system is exceptionally well organised. We contact you a couple of days before your shutters are due to arrive into us and confirm if you are ready for delivery. If for any reason you are not able to take delivery of your shutters, we can hold them for you. We will not automatically send your shutters to you.
We always recommend your shutters are delivered to a location where someone can accept delivery. The shutters are safely protected and are “courier packed’ to minimise the likelihood of damage. However, being on hand to accept delivery is always our recommendation.
